School Ghost

In a school named St. Mary’s, a group of friends had spent their junior years encountering eerie incidents that left them both bewildered and curious. The school’s history was shrouded in mystery, with a plaque in the hall bearing the inscription “Eleanor Marie Thomas, Forever in Our Hearts,” hinting at a tragic story. The mysteries, however, were not confined to the past; they manifested themselves in the present, particularly in the girls’ restroom.

These young students had shared a series of ghostly experiences, and their sanity was unquestionable, as others had witnessed similar phenomena. The girls’ restroom became the center of these strange occurrences.

During their year in Year 5, two friends were seated at the same table when an unusual chill descended upon them. The cold sensation moved from one to the other, and, out of the corner of their eyes, they could discern the faint outline of someone standing next to their teacher. The presence, though fleeting, left an indelible mark.

In Year 4, another friend had a spine-chilling encounter. While washing her hands, she glanced into the mirror and saw a girl peering out from behind the last cubicle door, wearing a sinister smirk. Terrified, she turned around, only to find an empty restroom. She hastily fled the scene.

By Year 6, they had become accustomed to these inexplicable events. On one occasion, they found the last cubicle locked, even though they were certain no one else was present. Determined to understand the source of these occurrences, they decided to conduct a seance. In a hushed and expectant tone, they addressed the enigmatic presence, “Eleanor Marie Thomas, if you are here, touch someone, turn on the tap, or reveal yourself.” Remarkably, as they made their plea, the tap turned on, responding to their call.

The group of friends, still seeking answers, pondered the significance of these spectral encounters. The mysterious presence of Eleanor Marie Thomas continued to cast its enigmatic shadow over St. Mary’s, leaving the students both mystified and intrigued.
